Description
10 Brewery Lane in Kinross is a traditional building dated 1720. It has one and a half storeys and is constructed of rubble with a corbie-stepped gable. The door-lintel is inscribed with "W M 1720 KW" and there are two dormers on the roof. The door and windows on School Wynd have been closed up. The building features a pantiled roof. It was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest, and the listing applies to both the interior and exterior as appropriate for this type of building.
