Description
12 Brewery Lane in Kinross is a traditional two-storey building dated 1692, although it has likely been rebuilt since that time. The structure is made of rubble, and features a door-lintel inscribed with "DM 1692 IB". The windows have been closed up, and there is no door on School Wynd. The roof is covered with pantiles. The building was re-categorised in 2006 from grade B to grade C(S) due to its group interest, which applies to both the interior and exterior as relevant to its type.
