5-7 Back Loan in Milnathort is a two-storey building constructed with snecked rubble and features a pantiled roof. The door-lintels are dated 1698 and 1730, with an inset dated 1892 above the lintels. The building was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest.
