Gourdie is a 2-storey building with a basement and a central gable, featuring a harled exterior with quoins and exposed margins. It has a flyover stair and is dated 17..5, which may have originally read as 1705 or possibly 1765. The rear wings are one storey high and have 2-storey ashlar facades.
