Description

The Walled Garden at Gourdie House is a rectangular structure featuring a rubble wall and a quadrant plan shed located in the northwest corner. Internally, it is constructed with ashlar stone. There is also a ruined freestanding two-storey square tower with an external stair situated near the southeast corner. This garden is likely from the 18th century. It was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) in 2006, reflecting its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
