Description

The Walled Garden at Taymouth Castle is a large rectangular enclosure made of rubble. It features an attractive gothic gateway built from rubble, similar in style to the Kenmore Gate that faces the loch. This structure is thought to have been created around 1838 by James Smith, who was the Clerk of Works at the time.
