Description
The building is a disused farmsteading and threshing mill located at Kemphill. It is a two-storey structure made of rubble with a slated roof. Notably, it features an interesting overshot waterwheel that has a diameter of 16 feet and is situated underground. The waterwheel is equipped with a circumference gear that transmits power at ground level. Inside, there is good carpentry work present in the cattle court.
