Andrew Heiton 1872. Greek Revival of Thomsonesque type.

3-storey ashlar office block, slightly angled frontage, 4

slightly advanced and pedimented tripartite bays with 6, 5

and 6-window sections between. Pedimented doorpieces with

incised ornament.
