26, 28, 30, and 32 South Street in Perth is a mid-18th century, three-storey domestic building featuring six windows, along with a two-window wall-head gable. The structure is made of painted rubble with margins and has a Victorian shop front supported by consoles. It also includes two canted dormers and has a slated roof.
