Newhall Cottages in Kinrossie, built around 1848, is a single-storey schoolhouse featuring two windows and a central porch. The building has a schoolroom at the rear with Tudor-style sash windows, a log-column porch, and a gambrel roof. It is constructed from rubble with droved dressings.
