Description

Kilspindie Manse is an 18th-century, two-storey building constructed from rubble. The main part of the structure, designed by W.M. Mackenzie in 1850, features an L-plan layout. An addition by James Ritchie, a civil engineer from Perth, was made in 1862. The building has gables that step at half their height and includes a bay window. The listing has been re-categorised from B to C(S) in 2006, reflecting the group interest of the property, which applies to both the interior and exterior as appropriate for this type of building.
