The building is a steading at Drumkilbo Home Farm, constructed in 1857. It is made of rubble and has both one and two storeys, along with a horsemill. In 2006, it was re-categorised from grade B to grade C(S) due to its group interest. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as is appropriate for this type of structure.
