Description
Calder Bridge in Wishaw is a cart bridge built in the mid-19th century. It features a high and broad single span with a segmental arch. The bridge is mainly constructed from yellow ashlar sandstone, with rusticated chamfered wing walls and abutments. It has an arch ring and low parapets, topped with modern steel railings.
