Description

Later 19th century. Plain gothic, rectangular-plan gabled church. Squared yellow sandstone. Ashlar quoins, eaves course. Lancet openings, stopped hoodmoulds and roll moulded reveals.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2-leaf, boarded door to centre, flanking windows. Large, cusped bipartite plate traceried window to gablehead.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: late 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay, rectangular -plan church hall abutting to rear.

SE (SIDE) ELEVATION: 5-bay, regular fenestration. Bull-faced sandstone coursers.

NW (SIDE) ELEVATION: mirror to SE.

INTERIOR: not seen 2001.

Square-pane leaded glass. Grey slates, lead flashing.

BOUNDARY WALL AND GATE PIERS: dwarf coped wall. Squared sandstone coursers. Square-plan column; base course, gablet cap with crocketted small pyramidal finial.
