Description
Rosebank Cottage and Townfoot Cottage are a pair of one-story dwellings dating from approximately 1820 to 1830. The cottages are built of stucco and have been painted. They feature a plinth and moulded eaves. The facade is divided into six panels by thin pilasters, and incised lines simulate stone corners. Two doorways are framed by pilasters. The windows are plain sash windows. The ridge has a slate roof extending as a pentice to the rear, and two raised attic dormers are clad in slate.
