Description

95 and 97A High Street in Forres is a building from the late 18th or early 19th century. It has three storeys and an attic, featuring six bays. The building is constructed of ashlar, which is painted at No 95. There is a pend entrance that is flanked by modern shopfronts on the ground floor, which have 2-pane glazing. The second floor has a lintel and an eaves band, along with a moulded cornice, scrolled skewputts, and rusticated quoins. There are also two later canted dormers on the roof, which is made of slate. Additionally, there is a rear wing with its own entrance.
