81 High Street in Forres is an earlier 19th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic, with a four-bay design. The exterior is made of coursed rubble with broached ashlar margins, which has been painted. The ground floor includes Victorian shopfronts, and the roof is a West Highland slate with one piended dormer.
