233A High Street in Elgin is an earlier 19th-century pair of dwellings that stand two storeys high and feature two bays. The exterior is made of harled rubble with tooled margins. Notably, the first-floor window of No. 233A has an earlier chamfered architrave. The buildings are topped with slate roofs.
