Description

This building, located at 233F High Street in Elgin, is a pair of cottages from the earlier 19th century. They are two storeys high with later added attic dormers and feature three bays with central doors. The cottages are constructed from rubble with broached dressings and have roll moulding around the doorways. Each cottage has two stone gablet dormers that rise through the wallhead, and they are fitted with 12-pane sash windows. The roofs are covered with slate, and No 233F has a scroll skewputt with cable moulding.
