Description
1-3 North Blantyre Street in Findochty is a late 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is set at an angle to Church Street. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted concrete dressings. It features a central entrance flanked by bipartite windows, with the larger one located on the left side.
The roof has four gabled dormers, one of which is positioned at the angled bay. There is also a ground floor window on the return gable facing Church Street, and the windows have two-pane glazing. The house has coped end stacks and a slate roof with red pottery ridge tiles. The door at No. 1 is currently blocked.
