This is a late 19th century, two-storey house located at 5 Church Street in Findochty. The house features three bays and has a central entrance. It is rendered and has contrasting painted concrete dressings. The roof is adorned with three gabled dormers that break the wallhead, and it has modern glazing. The house also has coped ridge and end stacks, and the roofs are covered with slate.
