Description

8 North Blantyre Street in Findochty is a late 19th-century, two-storey, two-bay house that is part of a mirrored terraced pair. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted courses and concrete dressings. The entrance door is located at the center, paired with the neighboring house. There is a gabled dormer head above the first-floor window in the outer bay, as well as a bipartite window formed with No 6 at the center. All openings feature segmental-headed lintels, and the house has modern glazing. It has a coped end stack and a slate roof.
