Description
12 North Blantyre Street is a late 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house that is part of a terraced pair. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted courses and concrete dressings. The entrance is located at the center, and there are three gabled dormer heads above the first-floor windows that break the eaves. The windows feature four-pane glazing. The house has coped end and ridge stacks, and it is topped with a slate roof.
