Description

14 South Blantyre Street in Findochty is a pair of late 19th century, two-storey, three-bay houses situated on a sloping site, with No 14 being slightly lower than No 12. The buildings are constructed of rubble with contrasting painted joints and concrete dressings. Each house features central entrances with panelled doors and three gabled dormers that break the wallhead. The openings are segmental-headed, with No 12 having two- and four-pane glazing, while No 14 has four-pane glazing. Both houses have coped end and ridge stacks and slate roofs. Additionally, there are external staircases at the rear of both houses.
