Description

14 Knockbreck Street in Tain is a pair of two-storey houses built in 1803. They are constructed from rubble and feature three bays with central doors. The houses have tooled margins, lower first-floor windows, and four-pane sash windows. There are end stacks and a slate roof. The left-hand wall of No. 12 displays a worn datestone with an inscription, and both houses retain original small piended dormers.
