Description
The Meeting House on Seafield Street in Cullen dates from around 1820 and is a regular two-storey, three-bay storehouse. It features rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. The main entrance, which is segmental-headed, is located in the long west elevation and is now partially blocked. To the left of the entrance is a window, and to the right is a doorway. The first floor has a regular arrangement of five windows.
The entrance is situated at a raised ground floor level, which is the first floor in relation to the street, on the south gable. This gable also has a window and a small attic light, with mainly two-pane glazing. The building has end stacks and a slate roof.
To the south, a long curved coped rubble wall encloses what was once a yard area. At the north side, part of the retaining wall is the former front wall of a single-storey, three-bay cottage, which has all its openings blocked.
