Description

The obelisk to the Earl of Cromarty, located on Tulloch Street in Dingwall, was rebuilt in 1923, although it was originally erected in the early 18th century. It is constructed entirely of grey ashlar stone. The structure features a tall square plinth with a deeply moulded cornice that supports a tapering obelisk. This obelisk stands on a wide circular base, which is surrounded by a coped rubble retaining wall.
