Description

York House is an early 19th century, two-storey house with an attic, featuring three bays and a central door. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with painted margins. There is a painted blind window in the first floor left bay and twelve-pane sash windows throughout. A single elliptical-headed dormer is located on the right side. The roof is slate, and there is a low coped wall with cast-iron railings surrounding the property.
