Description

The Market Cross on Church Street in Cromarty is a tall, flat octagonal structure made of ashlar stone. It stands on a three-step plinth and features a worn cross finial at the top. Below the cross, there are incised mouldings. The cross is inscribed with the years 1378 and 1770, along with the initials G.R.
