Description
Alvara is an early 19th century pair of two-storey, three-bay houses featuring central doors. Alvara has a sneck-harled exterior, while Speybank Villa is harled. Alvara includes two piended dormers and a later timber porch. The left window on the ground floor of Alvara has been enlarged. Both houses have scrolled skewputts and a slated roof.
