Description

This is an early 19th century cottage located at 4 Factory Lane in Avoch. The cottage is single storey with an attic and features three bays, including a central door. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar stone. The south gable is also rendered and includes a ground floor window. The cottage has two piended dormers and is topped with a slate roof.
