Description

17 Ardross Street in Inverness is a building designed by Alexander Ross around 1885. It is constructed from ashlar and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical three-bay front. The entrance features a doorpiece with a consoled cornice and a strapwork pediment, which is flanked by two canted bay windows on the ground floor. On the first floor, the outer windows are segmental-arched, all topped with gableted dormerheads, and there is a shaped gablet at the center.
