137-141 Broomhill Drive is a four-storey tenement building with a basement and attic, designed by architect W.M. Whyte around 1905 in the Scots Baronial style. The façade features 20 unequal bays, with the 1st, 5th, 6th, 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, and 20th bays canted. The building is constructed with stugged coursers and a stugged ashlar central section, with a bull-nosed snecked return on the south side. It is organized into a symmetrical group of four five-bay sections, each containing sash and case windows, many of which have been altered.

The ground floor has a rope-moulded cornice, while the first floor features rope-moulded margined windows arranged in a pattern of 3-1-2-1-3, with elaborate strapwork above the console corniced central windows. On the second floor, the windows are set on a stepped cill band and linked by continuous hoodmoulds with sculptured aprons to the outer canted bays, which include central pointed windows. The third floor has two and one-light steeply pedimented decorative dormers, with a taller central gable that is corbelled out at the second floor, flanked by tourelles with elaborate finials. The building is topped with a half-hipped slate roof and is enclosed by interlaced cast-iron boundary railings.
