15 Willowbank Street in Glasgow is a terrace of four-storey and basement tenements built around 1863-1864. The building features a polished ashlar façade, with a channelled design at the ground level that has been stone cleaned.

The elevation facing Willowbank Street consists of 22 bays arranged in a pattern of 5-6-6-5. It includes plain recessed doorways with fanlights above. The upper windows are architraved and corniced on the first and second floors, with sash windows featuring either four or twelve panes of glazing. The building has a corniced section above the ground floor and a plain main cornice. There are corniced axial and wallhead stacks, and the roofs are covered with slate. The rear elevation is made of droved ashlar with polished margins, and there are canted stone stairs with solid newel and parapet.

The elevation on Woodlands Road has 15 bays and is angled at No 206. It shares similar details with the Willowbank Street elevation, but includes shops at the ground level. The corner elevation features bipartite windows that are curved over the angle.
