The design features four closes, with two set side by side and the end tenements positioned at right angles. It is built in a late Georgian style, characterized by single window bays and shallow advanced ends with five bays. The ground floor is channelled, and the windows above are framed with architraves, while the first floor has a cornice. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone that has been cleaned. The building includes sash windows and corniced stacks, with those over the wall-head featuring scrolled bases. The roofs are modern and covered with tiles.
