It stands four storeys tall and includes shops on the ground floor, situated on a corner site. The elevations facing Great Western Road and Oakfield Avenue are four bays wide, with a prominent bow window at the angle that extends through the first, second, and third floors.

All windows have pilastered reveals, with those on the first floor adorned with a disc frieze. The left bay of the Great Western Road elevation features tripartite windows, while the remaining windows are single-light. The building has sash windows with plate-glass glazing. Notable architectural details include a heavy string course above the ground floor, band courses at the cills, and a lintel cornice at the second floor. The main cornice is plain, and the building has axial stacks and slate roofs.
