Description
34 and 36 North Frederick Street in Glasgow are commercial premises built around 1882. The building is four stories tall and has five bays, featuring polished ashlar stonework. It has a striking design with a giant order of composite pilasters that extend from the first to the second floors. The ground floor is rusticated and includes a central entrance that is accentuated by console brackets and a cornice. There is a cill band and cornice on the third floor, and the main cornice is parapetted. The windows are sash and case style. Later roof development has been added to the structure.
