25 Dundonald Road, Glasgow

19 Dundonald Road in Glasgow is a tenement building dating from around 1890. It features an astylar curved terrace that steps down the slope and consists of three storeys with an attic and a basement. The building has five units arranged in a 5x3 bay configuration, with a gap site at No. 17. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar, which is partly painted or stone-cleaned.

Access to the building is via steps that oversail the basement, leading to a door on the left. There is a two-storey canted window at the center, while the other windows are single-light, architraved, and corniced on the first and second floors. The attic contains seven windows that are deeply recessed beneath the eaves, separated by slender incised triglyphs or brackets that support the main cornice. The windows are sash style with plate glass glazing. A continuous mutule cornice runs over the ground floor, and there is a string course at the cills of the second and third floors.

The property is bounded by a low ashlar wall along the road at Nos. 18 and 20, which features an ashlar balustrade, while the other sections have cast-iron railings. There are also cast-iron railings leading to the steps, some of which are modern.
