This building is a later 19th century corner tenement located at 293 Duke Street in Glasgow. It features four plus three bays facing Duke Street, with a four-bay range that is four storeys high and has outer bipartites, although this range is probably not original. It replicates the distinctive detailing of the three-storey corner range. The ground floor includes shops, while above, the stone-cleaned ashlar façade features stop-chamfered windows, all of which were originally sashes, with T-shaped glazing still visible in the corner range. The window hoods and main cornice are adorned with large nailhead detailing. There are two arched doorways leading to Westercraigs, which share similar detailing, and number 5 has a well-preserved tiled close. Additionally, there is a single 19th century piended canted dormer on Duke Street, rebuilt stacks, and a modern tiled roof.
