The western section dates to 1823 and is a two-storey, two-window structure built of plain coursed rubble with droved dressings. It features a simple plaster doorpiece at the gable. The eastern section, dating from the mid-19th century, is also two-storey and three-window, constructed of coursed rubble. One ground-floor window has been altered to a two-light design. A later, stuccoed back wing has also been added. The roofs are slated. The statutory address includes Dunholm and Mrs Blyth’s Seagate.
