Description

This is an 18th-century building located at 1 Seagate, Kingsbarns, including associated outbuildings to the rear. It is a two-storey, three-window house with a harled exterior and painted margins around the window frames. A projection extends from the gable, and there is a single-storey outbuilding at the rear. The roof is covered in pantiles and features crowstepped gables.
