Description
Mid 18th century. Symmetrical row; 6 single storey cottages; 3-bays. Rendered sandstone.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical 3 bays each; central door; flanking windows.
W ELEVATION: plain gable; piended outshot to left with window to right.
N ELEVATION: contemporary and later extensions.
E ELEVATION: plain gable.
Replacement fenestration; enlarged window openings. Continuous piended roof; clay pantiles, glazed black to Nos 40, 41 and 45; modern to No 44; slated easing course. Gable end stacks to No 45; 5 ridge stacks.
INTERIORS: not seen, 2000.
