Description

Maxwell Cottage is an early 19th-century building located at 35 Main Street, Kilconquhar. Originally three small cottages, it has been renovated and features harled walls with margins, and a pantiled roof. A central pend arch, constructed from re-used materials, forms a recessed porch. The building is listed at Grade C for its group value, reflecting its contribution to the wider character of the area. This listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building.
