Description

Lochview, originally an early 19th-century single-storey building on Main Street in Kilconquhar, has been recently rebuilt as a two-storey, four-window structure. The building is harled with a pantiled roof facing the street, and features a bow at the rear. It is listed at Grade C for its group value, meaning its significance lies in how it contributes to the character of the surrounding buildings. Historic Environment Scotland records the statutory address as Loch House. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building, as appropriate to its building type.
