Description

South Lodge is an early 20th-century single-storey L-plan lodge situated at the south entrance to Kilconquhar House. The lodge was built in the 1920s with rubble walls and a slate roof, and features a porch in a corner and a rounded corner turret. The gatepiers, dating back to the early 19th century, consist of two main piers and two flanking piers, each with moulded capitals and ball finials. Wrought iron gates, also dating around 1920, are fitted with coronet motifs.
