Description

Rose Cottage, at Barnyards (also known as KILCONQUHAR HOUSE OLD LODGE or OLD COTTAGE), dates to the early 19th century. This is a small, single-storey building constructed of whin rubble with free stone dressings. It has a two-window front and a rustic porch. The windows are semi-octagonal headed and have lattice glazing. The roof is slated and piended.
