Description

The Dovecot at Naughton Castle, dated around 1750, is a large rectangular double chamber structure with a lean-to design and crow-stepped flanks. It is built from rubble and features twin entrances, with the eastern door having chamfered arrises, which may be reused elements. The roof is slated and includes a line of pigeon entrances located one-third of the way up.
