Description
Cowan House is a two-storey building located at 8 High Street in Crail, dating from the later 18th century and reglazed around 1840. It features three windows and is constructed from coursed rubble with painted margins and droved dressings. The windows have lying panes, and the roof is pantiled with slate skirting.
