Description

1 Castle Street in Crail is an early 19th-century building. It is two stories high and features three windows, constructed from rubble with dressed stone details. There is a later addition of a stucco porch, and the roof is made of pantiles with a slate skirting. The east wing is finished in painted stucco and pantiles, while the west wing is a single-storey structure made of rubble and pantiles. Notably, there is a window pediment on the garden wall that is dated 1648, although the exact date may be uncertain.
