Description

16 High Street in Crail is a mid-18th century building that stands two stories tall and originally featured five windows, although one is now blocked, making it a four-window façade. The structure is built from rubble with margins and has a crowstepped gable. The roof is pantiled with a slate skirting, and there is a brick chimney located at the center. An inset pediment on the building is inscribed with the phrases "The Lord is my helper" and "RL EC 1712." Additionally, there is a wing at the back of the property.
